What we're looking for

Education: Technical or higher Engineering.

Experience minimum of 2 years.

We are looking for people with advanced level computer knowledge of:

Office Suite (Excel, Word,...)..
Google Applications (Gmail, drive, meet...).
AutoCAD.
BIM Software (Revit).
Navision.
Budgeting software (Construsyc, arquimides, presto, etc...).
Work scheduling software (Project).

Nice to have

We will value demonstrable experience in:

Heating and ventilation installations.
Steam installations.
Control installations.
Fire protection installations
Plumbing and sanitation installations.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Immediate start.
Permanent contract.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday flexible, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Full-time position and stable employment.
Salary to be agreed upon based on the candidate's qualifications.

The role

What you'll do

The functions will be the following:

Study, analysis and design of installation works.
Preparation of installation budgets.
Preparation of technical reports.
Negotiation with clients, manufacturers and subcontractors.
Provide technical support to the site manager and foreman.
Collaboration with drafting in the development of execution plans.
Execution of installation projects and processing before the Competent Body.
