Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher Engineering / Industrial Technician.

Training: Vocational Training/Higher Vocational Training in Electrical Installations, Technical or Higher Engineering.

Nice to have

Demonstrable experience is valued in:

Low-voltage and medium-voltage installations.
Special installations (security, access control, structured cabling, etc.).
Control installations.
Fire detection systems.

Advanced computer skills in:

Office Package (Excel, Word,...).
Google applications (Gmail, Drive, Meet...).
AutoCAD.
Navision.
Budgeting software (Construsyc, Presto, etc...).
Work scheduling software (Project).

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Immediate start.
Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Full-time position and stable employment.
Salary to be agreed upon based on the candidate's qualifications.
Being part of a multidisciplinary team, capable of developing all areas of an engineering project in an integrated manner.

The role

We want to bring in a technician to carry out Site Manager and Technical Office duties in electrical and special installations for Tertiary and Industrial Buildings in Bergondo (A Coruña).

Its main duties will be:

Study, analysis and design of installation works.
Planning, management, supervision, and execution of assigned projects.
Preparation of installation budgets.
Site layout for installations.
Negotiation with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Management and organization of the resources needed to ensure production.
Monitoring and control of costs.
Collaboration with drafting in the development of execution plans.
Provide technical support to the site foreman in preparing technical bids, work budgets and tenders.
