The role

We are looking for an MEP Site Manager to lead large-scale residential projects, ensuring proper planning, coordination, and execution of installations. You will be responsible for ensuring technical feasibility, supervising work quality, and resolving technical challenges that arise during the course of the project.

What you'll do

Participate in the analysis of the technical and economic feasibility of new projects.
Review and recalculate installations as needed, optimizing technical solutions.
Coordinate the full execution of MEP installations (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).
Manage project planning and oversee compliance with deadlines.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site work teams.
Identify and resolve clashes or conflicts between installations and other construction disciplines.
Carry out technical and economic monitoring of the project.
Ensure quality standards, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Act as the technical liaison with construction companies, project management teams, and clients.
Oversee the commissioning and closeout of projects.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Technical education required; both vocational training and engineering degrees are valued.
Experience as an MEP Site Manager or in similar roles within the MEP sector.
Previous experience in residential projects with construction budgets exceeding €1M.
Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other integrated systems.
Ability to read blueprints, perform technical analyses, and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Results-oriented profile with a focus on quality and strong on-site decision-making skills.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
