The role

Their main function will be the integrated maintenance of facilities in buildings in the province of Ourense.

What you'll do

Conductive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of electrical installations.
Preventive and corrective maintenance of heating and air conditioning installations.
Attend to and report incidents.
Resolve incidents related to the operation and conservation of equipment and installations.
Experience in integrated maintenance is essential.
Assessment of equipment breakdowns and their subsequent repair.

Requirements

Education: Intermediate degree in Electricity and/or electrical installations; an Advanced degree in Refrigeration Installations, Electronics, or similar maintenance will be valued.

Experience: minimum 2 years.

Know how to, want to, and are able to work as part of a team.
Are sociable and communicative with their colleagues.
Have autonomy in project management and execution.

We will value knowledge in:

Air conditioning / Industrial refrigeration
Office automation knowledge for computer use.
Organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
Use of Word, Excel and Internet (user level) and of GMAO maintenance management applications and programs.
Complementary training in OSH, working at heights, working with live electricity.
