The role

Veolia servicios Lecam, in its energy services division, needs to hire a Multiskilled Maintenance Technician (HVAC and Electricity) for the Palencia area.

Their main responsibilities will be:

What you'll do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of cooling equipment, HVAC, and electrical installations.
Supervise and maintain HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning).
Execute electrical maintenance tasks, such as inspecting electrical panels, wiring, and general installations. 6 Diagnose and repair faults in refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systems.

Perform general maintenance on the machinery and installations of the assigned building, attending to any incidents that may arise.
Record interventions, energy consumption, and operating parameters.
Measure and control air quality and facility efficiency.
Guarantee compliance with safety regulations and legionella prevention.
Collaborate with the technical team to optimize the performance of the assigned facilities.
Adapt to the needs of the service, providing support in different maintenance areas according to the needs of the facility.
