The role

The selected person will join the Business Development Department, contributing strategic vision, analytical capacity, and information structuring. Their lines of work will be:

Internal consulting and competitiveness: Participation in the comparative analysis of cost models, operating hypotheses, and market positioning to improve strategic offers.
Market intelligence: Analysis of relevant contract awards and tenders to identify patterns of economic aggressiveness and scoring trends.
Innovation and Artificial Intelligence: Support in AI projects applied to tendering, such as the automation of tender document analysis, intelligent extraction of risks and criteria, and assisted content generation.
Knowledge and process management: Structuring a database of lessons learned for reuse across territories, as well as participating in the improvement and standardization of commercial processes under the OCOE and ONE Veolia frameworks.

Requirements

Higher university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Business Analytics, or similar.
Valuable training/certifications in Salesforce (functional/Reporting focus), analytics and visualization (Power BI/Tableau), advanced Excel.
KPI definition and commercial performance management, data management, and quality (data literacy / data governance).
High level of English (C1).
Competencies: Excellent communication, teamwork, autonomy, proactivity, and a clear orientation toward results.
Ability to enter into an internship contract during the period from June to August.
