Business Development Internship - Data Centers

In the ACCIONA Scholarship Program, you will be part of teams that involve you in projects from day one, guided by experts who will help you develop your skills and participate in the day-to-day of a global company.

At Acciona, we are looking to bring on an intern to the Business Development team for the Data Centers area, who will provide support in the development, management, and monitoring of projects, combining both a technical and commercial approach.

They will support the team in coordination with both internal and external teams, actively participating in the origination and growth of the Data Center business at Acciona.

• Support the business development of Data Center projects, participating in the various phases of the project under the supervision of the team.
• Collaborate in the monitoring and control of projects to ensure compliance with defined deadlines, milestones, and objectives.
• Support the management of administrative procedures and the documentation necessary to obtain permits, licenses, and authorizations, including guarantees and grid connection permits.
• Provide support in communication with public administrations, electric companies, network operators, and other involved agents.
• Participate in technical-commercial tasks, including the analysis of opportunities, evaluation of offers, presentations, and commercial proposals.
• Perform technical and economic feasibility analyses of projects, with a special focus on electrical and energy infrastructure.
• Support market analysis, the identification of new opportunities, and the monitoring of trends in the Data Center sector.
• Collaboration with internal teams (engineering, legal, finance...) for the correct coordination of projects.
• Preparation of monitoring reports, technical and commercial documentation, and presentations.

• Possibility of signing an Internship Agreement with the university, while being in the final year of their degree.

• Availability to complete a 6-month internship on a full-time basis.

• Immediate start.

• Student in their final year of a Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Energy, Telecommunications, or similar) and/or a qualifying Master's degree.
• Previous internship experience in technical, energy, infrastructure, or business development environments is valued.
• Interest in the Data Center sector, critical infrastructure, and energy.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, grid connection, and energy infrastructures.
• Good level of spoken and written English.
