About the role

The duties will be as follows:

What you'll do

  •  Study, analysis and design of installation works.
  •  Preparation of installation budgets.
  •  Preparation of technical reports.
  •  Negotiation with clients, manufacturers and subcontractors.
  •  Provide technical support to the site manager and supervisor.
  • Collaboration with drafting teams in the development of execution drawings.
  • Preparation of installation projects and processing before the Competent Authority.

Requirements

Education: Technical Engineering or higher degree.

Experience of at least 2 years.

Demonstrable experience will be valued in:

  • Heating, ventilation and air conditioning installations.
  • Steam installations.
  • Control installations.
  • Fire protection installations.
  • Plumbing and drainage installations.

We are looking for people with advanced computer knowledge of:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, …)..
  • Google applications (Gmail, Drive, Meet…).
  • Autocad.
  • BIM software (Revit).
  • Navision.
  • Budgeting programs (Construsyc, Arquimedes, Presto, etc…).
  • Construction planning programs (Project).
