The role
Plan, coordinate, drive and carry out comprehensive monitoring of Non-Registered Water (NRW) management, ensuring continuous network diagnosis, prioritisation of actions, digitalisation and monitoring of key indicators. Act as the technical and cross-functional point of reference between Operations, Customers, Technical Office, Control Centre, SOCADE (PEH and GIS) and field technicians, with the aim of reducing real and apparent losses, improving Hydraulic Technical Performance and consolidating 360-degree NRW management that is data-driven and focused on data management and analysis.

- Define, prioritise and monitor NRW action plans through the platforms: NRW/UENS, QLIK, NetPlan, SICAM, Digital Metering, SCADA, and VIRED.
- Ensure data integrity, traceability and quality.
- Plan and coordinate active leak detection campaigns using acoustic systems, correlators, geophones, PermaNET+SU, helium gas and other pre-location or location technologies.
- Coordinate the team, ensuring the correct allocation of resources, deadlines and priorities.
- Monitor the hydraulic efficiency KPIs.
- Analyse deviations from the targets and propose corrective and preventive measures or investment requirements.
- Coordinate pressure management, sectorisation and dynamic regulation activities, validating operational settings, critical points, minimum service pressures and the impact on NRW.
- Coordinate the management of hydraulic audits, requirements from regulatory bodies and technical reports.

- Monitor technical network data and promote improvements in sensor implementation, digitalisation and automation of operational decisions.
- Act as the technical reference for the new team/area of Active Leak Management and NRW Control, reporting to the Service Manager and coordinating functionally with Operations, Customers, Technical Office, Assets, telematics and GIS.

Requirements
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Public Works, Agricultural Engineering, Telecommunications, Geoinformatics or a related field. A master's degree or postgraduate qualification in water cycle management, hydraulic efficiency, digital transformation or project management will be considered a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years (verifiable) of experience in network Operations and teams’ management, NRW management, hydraulic modelling, sectorisation, pressure management, telemetry, billing systems, GIS/SCADA or digitalisation projects is recommended.
- Specific training in the following areas will be valued: Non-Revenue Water Management: IWA balance, real/apparent losses, ILM/ILI, acoustic leak detection, tripod management, hydraulic models, GIS/SCADA/BI, Power BI, remote metering, meters, basic HACCP 60 h, CAE and contract management.
