The role

Among its main tasks and responsibilities are:

Study, analysis, and design of heating and air conditioning installation projects.
Preparation of budgets for heating and air conditioning installations.
Site layout for installations.
Negotiation with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Manage the human and material resources necessary for the execution of the works.
Monitoring and control of costs.
Collaboration with drafting in the development of execution plans.
Providing technical support to the site supervisor.
Planning, management, supervision, and execution of assigned projects.

Demonstrable experience in is valued

Demonstrable experience is valued in:

Heating and ventilation installations.
Steam installations.
Control installations.
Holding a 60-hour health and safety course.

Requirements

Education: Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Electrical, Mechanical, Air Conditioning Installations,... or Higher Technical Engineering.

Experience: At least 2 years.

Knowledge

In heating, ventilation, electrical, boiler, control, and regulation installations.
Familiar with work certificates and measurements.

Advanced computer skills in:

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, …)
Google applications (Gmail, Drive, Meet…)
AutoCAD and Revit.
Navision
Budgeting software (Presto, etc…)
Project planning software (Project)
