The role
Thermal facilities maintenance technician.
What you'll do
Their main functions will be:
- Carrying out preventive maintenance of general facilities (building climate control equipment,...)
- Handling breakdowns that arise in the installations.
- Reporting your work to the team leader.
Requirements
Training: Intermediate degree in Heat production installations or in refrigeration and air conditioning installations
Other trades such as boilermaking, electrical, or plumbing will also be valued.
With knowledge in:
- Heating.
- Electricity.
- and/or Plumbing.
- Corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Web Tools.
With experience in:
- Team management.
- Management of subcontractors.
- Valuable Training: RITE License
- Knowledge in hydraulics, electricity, and plumbing.
- At least 2 years of experience
