Requirements

What we're looking for

Education

Vocational training (FP) or training cycle in Electricity, Electronics, Air Conditioning, Industrial Maintenance, or similar.

Technical experience

Air conditioning maintenance: splits, cassettes, AHUs, fancoils, chillers, rooftops.

Low voltage electrical maintenance.

Repair and commissioning of climate control equipment.

Multi-service: electricity, plumbing, refrigeration, DHW.

Experience in routes or technical service will be highly valued.

Technical skills

Field diagnosis and repair.

Knowledge of RITE, LV, or applicable regulations.

Use of measurement tools and air conditioning equipment.

Valued licenses: Refrigeration Technician, RITE, Fluorinated Gases.

Soft Skills

Autonomy and prioritization skills.

Good communication with clients.

Order, responsibility, and time management.

Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.

The role

Would you like to develop your career in the technical installations sector, working in electrical maintenance, air conditioning, and refrigeration in both industrial and domestic environments? This opportunity allows you to grow in an environment where technical versatility and field problem-solving make the difference.

The company is looking to hire maintenance technicians — both junior and senior profiles — as well as installers with experience in air conditioning, refrigeration, or electricity.

What you'll do

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and multi-service installations.

Attend to daily routes of between 3 and 5 service calls in Barcelona (occasional travel to Vic every few months).

Diagnose and resolve incidents on-site, ensuring response times and service quality.

Intervene in industrial environments (fancoils, RVR, rooftops, chillers) and domestic environments (splits, cassettes, boilers, climate control equipment).

Manage technical documentation and intervention reports.

Maintain a professional and close relationship with the client during operations.

How you'll work

Monday to Thursday: 8:00–17:00h

Friday: 8:00–14:00h
