The role

What you'll do

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration, HVAC equipment and electrical installations.
- Supervise and maintain HVAC systems (heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
- Execute electrical maintenance tasks, such as checking electrical panels, wiring and installations in general.
- Diagnose and repair faults in refrigeration, HVAC and electrical systems.
- Perform general maintenance on the machinery and installations of the assigned building, attending to any incidents that may arise.
- Record interventions, energy consumption and operating parameters.
- Measure and control air quality and the efficiency of the installations.
- Guarantee compliance with safety regulations and legionella prevention.
- Collaborate with the technical team to optimize the performance of the assigned installations.
- Adapt to the needs of the service, providing support in different maintenance areas according to the needs of the facility.
