The role
Are you passionate about floral art, window dressing, and the creative enhancement of products?
At Verdecora, you will find a trade where you can make the customer dream and connect them with nature through the creation of floral arrangements, spaces, and in-store theatricalizations that surprise them and give them ideas to take home, providing them with a unique shopping experience.
Your mission will be to enhance Verdecora's image to satisfy our customers, adding value to the florist shop and making them dream of our spaces, so that they return tomorrow.
What you'll do
You will guarantee the enhancement of commercial campaigns and actions in the store.
You will create and supervise the different environments and stations in the store, and you will make your florist shop an attractive point.
You will contribute to the training of the team members.
You will be in contact with customers and will master the stages of the sale.
You will stay up to date with the latest trends, putting them into practice in the florist shop to improve our customers' shopping experience.
