As part of the Ultra-fresh Market team, led by the Trade Manager, your functions will be:

• Provide excellent service to customers by applying the Welcome model established by Alcampo, providing information to respond to their needs.
• Receive merchandise, ensuring the freshness and entry conditions of the fruit and vegetables.
• Prepare and display fruits, vegetables, and other products in the section, ensuring quality, quantity, and the best product presentation.
• Perform food costing, yield calculation, shrinkage, etc.
• Control existing stock, as support to the Manager in performing inventories and orders and to guarantee product availability.
• Control and remove products that do not meet the required freshness standards.
• Clean, organize, and supervise equipment and utensils, as well as the section's facilities.
• Organize section schedules, helping to improve the professionalism of the teams through training.
