The role

We have an offer for you!

We are looking for a person with a Section Manager profile for our Alcorcón store to expand our team.

What you'll do

- You will plan and supervise the daily tasks of the section.

- You will ensure that products are correctly placed, labeled, and available for customers.

- You will support the team in customer service, incident resolution, and advice on store products.

- You will supervise the team in your section.

- You will control stock rotation and support inventories.

- You will guarantee the training of new employees and the implementation of commercial campaigns.

- You will ensure compliance with order, cleanliness, and safety standards in the section. Safety is very important to us!

- You will perform sales analysis and suggest improvements or changes in assortment or display.
