The role

We are looking for an Analyst profile to join our People Strategy team in the Sales Management direction.

The person who joins will be able to participate in the analysis and monitoring of HR processes and results for the Sales Force, in a dynamic work environment with continuous learning and challenges.

What you'll do

Your responsibility will be to carry out the analysis and monitoring of various KPIs related to HR (recruitment, efficiency processes, training, onboarding, offboarding), as well as the design of reports, executive-level presentations, and cross-functional work with the rest of the management and the sales department.

Design of area KPIs
Control and analysis of results.
Executive-level reporting.
Optimization of existing processes and creation of new ones.
Participation in the deployment of pilots and new projects

Requirements

Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Degree in Business Administration and Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or similar.
Upper-intermediate English level.
Advanced knowledge of Excel (formulas and dynamic tables).
Highly valued knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and other related reporting tools.
