Bancassurance Data Analyst

We are looking for a person with initiative, analytical skills, and a business orientation, with an interest in the financial and insurance sector and a desire to develop in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

• 1-3 years of professional experience in business development, corporate development, consulting, or in the insurance, banking, or financial sector.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Preparation of recurring and ad hoc reports.
• Monitoring of KPIs and dashboards.
• Attention to detail and handling of large volumes of information.
• Business knowledge, especially in insurance, bancassurance, or retention environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Intermediate-high level of English

As a Data Analyst in Bancassurance:

• You will analyze results and prepare monitoring reports using Excel and other analysis tools.
• You will participate in the preparation of dashboards and presentations to support decision-making.
• You will collaborate with different business areas in monitoring key indicators and the evolution of results.
• You will support the generation and consolidation of information for the various business lines.
• You will contribute to the identification of trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement through data analysis.
• You will acquire a global vision of the insurance business and the bancassurance model.
