We are looking to incorporate a FP&A - Business Controlling Consultant for the LATAM cluster, with a key role in financial analysis, strategic planning, and supporting business growth in the region.

Role mission: You will be a strategic business partner, providing financial and operational analysis of key KPIs tailored to each country's reality. You will directly support the Latin American leadership team, participating in key decisions, developing business plans, identifying risks and opportunities, and driving strategic projects for the cluster.

You will report directly to the FP&A LATAM manager and work cross-functionally with multiple business units.

What you'll do

Act as a financial business partner for the LATAM cluster's business units, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Perform financial and business analysis, both recurring and ad-hoc, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Analyze and explain business performance through key financial and operational KPIs.
Coordinate financial processes with cross-functional areas (accounting, operations, strategy, etc.).
Lead and execute the monthly financial close, ensuring quality, accuracy, and deadline compliance.
Prepare forecasts, estimates, and financial scenarios to support strategic decisions.
Drive initiatives and projects with a direct impact on value creation and performance improvement.
Ensure the quality, consistency, and timeliness of financial reporting to management.
Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of financial processes and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles (GAAP / IFRS).
Contribute to maintaining a robust internal controls environment.

Requirements and Experience

More than 6 years of experience in Financial Consulting, Management Control, FP&A, or similar roles, ideally in multinational environments.
University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
MBA or Master's in Finance (valuable).
Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and business analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and understanding of business drivers and KPIs.
Communication, organizational, and process management skills.
Fluent English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
