FP&A Analyst and Reporting

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar.
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Financial Analysis, or related positions.
• Strong analytical capacity and attention to detail.
• Advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ThinkCell and Power BI.
• Ability to prepare structured, visual, and impactful executive presentations.
• - Communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities and demanding deadlines.
• Proactive profile, with intellectual curiosity, a desire to learn, and an orientation toward continuous improvement.
• C1 level of English.

• Knowledge of SAP will be highly valued.

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join the Controlling team. This is a position with high exposure to the business and management, combining financial analysis, planning, and reporting in an international environment.

The selected person will be responsible for transforming complex financial information into clear analyses and executive messages that facilitate decision-making, collaborating closely with CFOs, plant managers, and other key stakeholders.

• Participate in and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Analyze financial performance and identify the main deviations against budget, forecast, and previous years.
• Prepare reports and executive presentations for management.
• Transform financial data into clear, actionable, and business-oriented conclusions.
• Support Budget, Forecast, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor and analyze key indicators such as profitability, working capital, CAPEX, and OPEX.
• Collaborate with divisions, plants, and corporate functions to understand business evolution and its main financial levers.
• Participate in the preparation of business cases and ad hoc financial analyses.
• Drive improvements in reporting, analysis, and information quality processes.
