The role
From the Strategy and Portfolio Transformation/ Operational Management department, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with an analytical mindset and a passion for solving business problems.
What you'll do
You will collaborate on key multidisciplinary projects with exposure to the company's management. Your responsibilities will be:
- Proposing improvement initiatives, based on analysis, and providing support during the implementation phase.
- Scenario modeling to assist in strategic business decision-making
- Understanding the profitability structure of our actions and decisions, to evaluate them analytically with the main objective of adding value
- Conceptualization, development, and cross-functional management of analytical projects across different operations and processes of the company's client portfolio management
- Business monitoring, preparation of reports, and presentations for decision-making by Management, highlighting milestones and/or risks
- Identifying key opportunities to maximize the efficiency of business decisions, as well as preparing financial estimates to support them.
Position requirements
- Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Economics, or another related field.
- Profile with 3-5 years of experience in analytical and strategic roles, and/or management control
- High analytical, synthesis, and message conceptualization capacity
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as good and influential communication
- Initiative and drive. Profile with a high capacity for cross-functional work
- Profile with a high level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, key tools that you will work with daily.
- Experience with data visualization or exploitation tools (Power BI, Python...) will be valued.
- Fluent English
