We are looking for an HR Project professional to join the People team on a temporary basis, providing support to the Retention and Portfolio Sales (VAP) areas.
You will work closely with business managers and the People team, acquiring a more transversal vision of the company and how people-related decisions contribute to achieving business objectives.
What you'll do
- Provide support to projects and initiatives within the People area for Retention and VAP.
- Participate in the analysis and monitoring of people and business indicators.
- Collaborate on initiatives related to performance, development, engagement, and recognition.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for various stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement and transformation projects.
- Support communication and employee experience actions.
- Work closely with the managers of the assigned areas.
- Contribute to the monitoring of action plans and initiatives with business impact.
How you'll work
Hybrid model with up to 16 days of teleworking per month, according to the company's current policy.
Flexible schedule from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:30, with 1 hour for lunch, and from 8:00 to 15:00 on Fridays.
