To carry out the development of these functions, high knowledge of the main operational tools and the products and services offered to the customer is required.

Higher degree in electronics/IT/programming OR similar experience.
Advanced knowledge of company products.
Languages: English.

The role

The selected candidate will report directly to the Area Manager. Their main objective is to successfully carry out, in a timely and proper manner, the initiatives of the operational areas related to the product and its tools without negative impacts. They will be the product support for the operations area and will maintain control of the product versions in the portfolio, as well as execute their deployments.

Within the Business Development area, focused on the product side, our mission is to be responsible for and guarantors of the following activity:

What you'll do

Creation of initiatives through the collection and definition of the needs of the operational areas.
Refinement of operational initiatives and projects.
Forecasting of impacts and identification of risks for the analyzed initiatives.
Resolution of doubts from IT and operational areas regarding products and services.
Performing testing on initiatives and products.
Coordination and assistance for production deployments.
Monitoring and resolution, together with IT, of high-impact incidents that are escalated through Management. Monitoring and reporting of possible anomalies detected in the tools is required.
Review of procedures related to product and breakdowns in the operations areas.
In-situ collection of operating procedures related to the product in all operations areas.
Analysis of documented procedures seeking efficiency and effectiveness in relation to the customer and the product.
Redesign of procedures, impact analysis, and implementation of the same.
Monitoring of implemented procedures and reporting of results
Performing test cycles of the remote update systems for new SW versions of panels and devices.
Planning of portfolio update campaigns.
Impact forecasts and planning adjustments.
Execution of panel/device update campaigns.
Monitoring and reporting of the status of the campaigns.
Reporting and monitoring of bugs and dysfunctions of any product in the portfolio.
Additionally, support will be provided to other countries in the Verisure Group
