• You bring solid experience managing the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• You master Excel at an advanced level and handle accounting tools, banking, and automation tools such as ERP SAGE or OCR solutions.
• You define yourself as an analytical, adaptable, organized, and results-oriented person, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain work quality even during periods of high activity.
• You relate easily to different stakeholders, enjoy working in a team, and adapt well to constantly evolving environments.

• It will be a plus if you have developed your career in the healthcare sector or in multi-service organizations, as well as if you know aspects related to withholdings, insurance, or healthcare VAT.

We are looking for an Accounting Technician to join our Shared Services Center team in Madrid.

🎯 Your mission

You will be a key piece in guaranteeing reliable, efficient accounting management aligned with business needs, actively participating in the full accounting cycle and contributing to the organization's continuous financial improvement.

📌 What will your day-to-day look like?

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Perform provisions, accruals, accounting management of payroll and insolvencies, ensuring the correct imputation of movements.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings, guaranteeing the accuracy and reliability of financial information.
• Analyze accounts and detect possible incidents or deviations, proposing improvement actions**** when necessary.
• Collaborate in internal and external audits, preparing the required documentation and reports.
• Drive improvements and optimizations in the accounting and administrative processes of the area.

• Intensive working day during the summer months.
