What you'll do
- Manage orders from the screen quickly and accurately, ensuring correct preparation, review, and delivery while complying with VICIO's quality standards.
- Attend to customers and riders with kindness, communication, and efficiency, contributing to an excellent experience.
- Keep the workspace clean and organized, performing constant replenishment of products and materials to guarantee a smooth service.
- Work in a team and maintain the pace during high-demand moments, maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Have experience in customer service or hospitality. Experience in fast food, burgers, or organized catering will be valued.
- Have a proactive attitude and a desire to learn.
