About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Supervisor to support our Assistance Alarm Centre teams. This critical role ensures the smooth operation of our 24/7 emergency response services, supporting Nordic travellers in need across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of assistance coordinators handling emergency medical and travel-related cases.

  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.

  • Act as an escalation point for complex or high-priority cases.

  • Liaise with medical providers, hospitals, and international partners.

  • Monitor team performance and provide constructive coaching, training, and feedback.

  • Participate in shift planning and support Team Leaders.

  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in emergency medical assistance or travel insurance assistance (minimum 3-4years).

  • Strong leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment (minimum 2 years).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

  • Fluency in English; and a Nordic language

  • Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
