• Training in cooking, hospitality, or related areas.
• Experience in 4 and 5-star hotels.
• Knowledge of HACCP procedures.
• Residence in the area or ability to commute to the workplace.

Provide support to the kitchen team in the preparation, organization, and preservation of food, contributing to maintaining the quality, hygiene, and presentation standards typical of a 5-star hotel.

• Stock and store goods.
• Retrieve raw materials from the warehouse.
• Clean the work area, equipment, utensils, and general tableware.
• Handle various types of raw food.
• Prepare stocks, sauces, simple soups, and any other type of basic multi-application pre-preparations.
• Prepare simple dishes and preparations.
• Compliance with the functions of the Environmental Management System
