The role
At Vincci Selección Posada del Patio 5* we are looking to hire a person for the service area on a full-time basis.
If you are passionate about customer service, enjoy working in a team, and are motivated to be part of a dynamic hotel environment, this could be your opportunity.
What you'll do
- Prepare the work area to guarantee agile and quality service.
- Attend to customers with drinks and food, offering close and professional treatment.
- Prepare simple food items for consumption.
- Transport utensils and equipment necessary for service.
- Control and check goods and materials used in the section.
- Participate in the setup, service, and breakdown of buffets.
- Perform tasks in view of the customer, such as flambéing, carving, or deveining.
- Collaborate with the dining room manager during special events.
- Coordinate and supervise the tasks specific to the area.
- Inform and advise customers about our products and services.
- Manage complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Process payments at the cash register/POS.
- Comply with the Environmental Management System and contribute to the care of the environment.
