The role

What you'll do

Customer service throughout the entire service: reception, seating guests, taking orders, providing advice, and farewell.
Professional beverage service: aperitifs, wines, waters, spirits, coffees, and others.
Setup and mise en place of the dining area for daily services and special events (banquets, buffets, etc.).
Food handling and use of utensils/equipment following Health and Safety regulations.
Recording and compliance with HACCP controls.

Requirements

Between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Training or specialized course in hospitality.
Intermediate level of English. A second foreign language is valued.
Disability Certificate.
