Join our team at Vincci Hoteles Madrid! We are looking for a dynamic person with a desire to contribute to cover a substitution at our hotel, with the possibility of a permanent contract.

• Greet our guests with a smile 😊
• Manage reservations and check-in/check-out
• Resolve queries quickly and effectively
• Collaborate with the team to make everything run smoothly

🔹 What do you need?

• Previous experience in reception or customer service
• Excellent communication and a friendly approach
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including night shifts 🌙
• Energy and a desire to learn every day
