What we're looking for
Previous experience as a team leader and business unit manager of at least 4 years.
3 years of customer/patient service experience.
Advanced level knowledge of the Office suite.
High communication capacity and high leadership skills, with experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams, results orientation and customer orientation, as well as business vision, planning and organization, teamwork, and analytical capacity.

We are looking for a Director for our BEASAIN clinic whose main mission will be to manage the clinic at all levels, controlling its profit and loss account, ensuring compliance with the operating protocols established by headquarters, as well as the achievement of set objectives, and developing correct and stable management of service and team quality.
What you'll do
- Planning, monitoring, and control of the main clinic indicators.
- Patient care.
- Analysis and control of economic data (income, expenses, purchases)
- Management of banks and financing
- Selection, training, and management of the team
- Periodic reports
- Planning and monitoring of local Marketing actions.
