The role
At Voucler we are opening a new store in the Salamanca neighborhood, Madrid, and we are looking for Sales Assistants to join the team from the launch. Your mission will be to provide a premium customer experience, contribute to achieving commercial targets, and ensure proper in-store operations, aligned with Voucler's brand standards.
What you'll do
- Customer service and experience: personalized advice, active selling, and customer loyalty.
- Commercial drive: contribution to achieving KPIs (sales, conversion, average ticket, UPT).
- In-store operations management: support with opening and closing, cash register management, and resolving basic issues.
- Replenishment and stock: product replenishment, size management, and support with inventories.
- Visual & standards: maintaining store visual merchandising, order, cleanliness, and premium product presentation.
- Teamwork: active collaboration with the team and adapting to peak-hour store flows.
