Your mission will be to participate in the design, creation, and evolution of digital content and assets for our campaigns and commercial channels, adapting them to different customer segments, formats, and distribution channels.

• Collaborate in the design and implementation of the content calendar, contributing to the alignment of piece and message creation with the needs of the different digital distribution channels.
• Design pieces and content for omnichannel projects, developing graphic and audiovisual materials for websites, email marketing, social media, web components, and other digital media.
• Create, produce, and edit graphic and audiovisual content intended for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring its adaptation to different formats, channels, audiences, and commercial objectives.
• Collaborate in UX and CRO processes
• Manage and create digital assets using Generative Artificial Intelligence tools, incorporating image, video, and content generation and editing solutions such as Nano Banana, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, or similar tools, with the aim of streamlining creative processes, generating new visual proposals, and adapting content to different channels, formats, and audiences.
• Provide creative and design support to the needs of the business area, preparing presentations, static content, audiovisual materials, and other pieces intended for B2B and B2C segments.
• Collaborate with the Digital Business team and other internal and external stakeholders, working in a coordinated manner with marketing agencies, e-commerce partners, and consultancies for the development of different initiatives.
• Perform continuous benchmarking, analyzing the activity of other hotel chains and benchmark companies to identify new trends in design, content, digital marketing, and commercialization.
• Identify trends and new creative and digital opportunities, including the evolution of AI tools applied to design and content generation, evaluating their possible incorporation into the area's work processes.

• Essential requirement: hold a disability certificate of 33% or higher.
• University degree or equivalent training related to design, communication, marketing, advertising, digital content, or related disciplines.
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in the design and creation of digital pieces and content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.

We are especially looking for a person with creativity, visual sensitivity, orientation toward detail and the customer, the ability to work transversally, curiosity about new digital trends, and a predisposition to incorporate Artificial Intelligence as a regular tool within the creative process.
