Creative / Graphic & Visual Designer

• Between 3 and 5 years or more of experience in UI design, visual design, or digital product design.
• Solid graphic and visual design skills, with special attention to typography, composition, hierarchy, spacing, and detail.
• Experience creating polished, consistent, and high-quality digital interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma and practical experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or other equivalent tools.
• Experience with design systems, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Knowledge of UX principles and a product-oriented mindset.
• Regular use of AI tools, such as Codex, Claude, or similar, for ideation, prototyping, research, or workflow improvement.
• High level of English, both spoken and written, to maintain fluid conversations with the international team.
• Autonomy, initiative, and the ability to take responsibility for work from start to finish.
• Portfolio with concrete projects that allows us to see your contribution, the decisions made, and the impact achieved.

• Experience in conceptualizing new ideas and defining product experiences from initial stages.
• Concrete proposals on how AI can add value to the product or improve the design process.
• Interest in complex technological environments and willingness to learn about networks and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams that use AI agents to work with specifications, reviews, testing, and quality control.

We are looking for a creative profile with a product mindset, autonomy, and curiosity about AI, who wants to participate in the entire design process, from conceptualization to delivery.

• Lead the UI design of different areas of the digital product.
• Transform concepts, product needs, and user flows into attractive, clear, and functional interfaces.
• Design and refine interaction patterns, prototypes, and high-quality digital experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams from conceptualization to delivery.
• Contribute to the evolution of the visual language, design systems, and UI standards.
• Participate in the definition of new product ideas and concepts.
• Explore opportunities to apply artificial intelligence both in the design process and in the user experience.
• Work with autonomy, taking responsibility for your proposals and design decisions.

• Contract: Permanent.
• Location: Alicante.
• Modality: Hybrid, with office presence 2-3 days per week.
• Schedule: Mon-Thu from 8:00 to 18:00 and Fri from 8:00 to 14:30. In summer, Mon-Thu from 8:00 to 15:00 and Fri from 8:00 to 14:30.
