At weRfoods, we are looking to hire an Electrical Assembly Supervisor for Projects and Improvements for our Engineering department.

If you are passionate about the industrial environment, team management, and continuous improvement projects, this is an opportunity to lead key actions within our facilities and contribute directly to the evolution of our production processes.

Lead and coordinate electrical activities linked to projects, improvements, and industrial installations, ensuring safe, efficient execution aligned with the company's technical standards.

- Coordinate and supervise electrical assemblies associated with plant projects and improvements.

- Manage and lead teams of external and industrial technicians during the execution of works.

- Plan, prioritize, and monitor assigned tasks, ensuring compliance with deadlines and objectives.

- Supervise and validate the correct execution of installations, guaranteeing their operation and final quality.

- Resolve technical incidents and provide solutions that contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

- Actively collaborate in the identification and implementation of technical and operational improvements.

- Review, update, and interpret electrical diagrams and technical documentation.

- Ensure compliance with work procedures, safety regulations, and established quality standards.
