• Fluent Spanish.

Data Modeler

At Winning Consulting we are looking to hire 2 Data Modelers with at least 6 years of experience to participate in a new Data project for a leading company in the real estate sector.

We are looking for professionals with solid experience in analytical and corporate data modeling, capable of transforming business requirements into robust, scalable, and reusable data models, working in coordination with Data, Architecture, and Business teams.

The position will have an especially relevant role in defining information models and aligning them with the client's corporate architecture.

• Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.

• Design dimensional models following the Kimball methodology.

• Correctly define facts, dimensions, granularity, and conformed dimensions.

• Design structures oriented towards information analysis and exploitation.

• Create and maintain reusable business semantic layers.

• Translate functional requirements and business needs into data models.

• Ensure that the designed models are aligned with the defined corporate architecture.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Architecture, Analytics, and Business teams.

• Participate in the definition and evolution of modeling standards and best practices.

• Analyze needs, dependencies, and impacts derived from changes in information models.

• Facilitate understanding between business functional needs and their implementation within the data ecosystem.

Modality: 100% remote from Spain, native Spanish is mandatory.
