What we're looking for
- Java (11/17/21) - Deep understanding of multithreading, memory management, performance optimization, and concurrent data processing.
- Spring & Spring Boot - Expertise in building RESTful APIs, dependency injection, configuration management, and Spring Data/JPA integration.
- Microservices Architecture - Experience designing and maintaining distributed systems using service mesh patterns (Istio) with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins), automated testing, and environment management (staging, prod, integration).
- Experience with container orchestration, deployment strategies (blue/green, rolling updates), and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Working knowledge of cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
- Proficiency with JUnit, Mockito, and integration testing frameworks.
- Ability to design and maintain automated API tests and validation suites within CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience defining performance metrics, profiling, and resolving bottlenecks in large-scale systems.
