What we're looking for

Must-have Skills

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Core Principles: Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
  • Frontend: Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and styling using Emotion.
  • Backend & APIs: Proven experience with Node.js and GraphQL, alongside working knowledge of C# and Microsoft.NET.
  • Build & Deployment Tools: Familiarity with Artifactory for dependency and artifact management.
  • Adaptability to work across varied tech stacks and architecture patterns.
  • Strong focus on writing clean, tested, and well-documented code.
  • Strong architecture skills, with the ability to select the best stack for each project.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Experience in one or more of the most commonly used web applications stacks.

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
  • Experience working directly with clients.
  • Hands-on knowledge of working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience with the latest and greatest web standards, including HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Strong sense of web design, fundamentals of user experience, and an understanding of accessibility principles.
  • Holistic experience with the web stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques.
  • A code repository you can share with the team, showcasing your contributions to open source projects is a plus.
  • AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
