Demand Planner

• You have at least 4 years of experience in demand planning, merchandise planning, or procurement in retail. If you come from sneakers, footwear, or fashion, you already know what it's like to wrestle with a size curve.
• Excel is your native language: pivot tables, XLOOKUP, nested formulas, and Power Query hold no secrets for you.
• You use AI tools like Claude in your day-to-day to analyze data, build formulas, or save yourself from repetitive work.
• You are detail-oriented: you reconcile the numbers before sharing them and you don't rest easy until everything fits.
• You like to defend your proposals with data and work side-by-side with the Brands team.
• You handle English fluently (C1), both spoken and written.

At WOW, sneakers are a key category in our Gran Vía and Serrano stores and in our online channel. Every model, every size, and every launch counts. We are looking for the person who ensures that the right product is in the right size and the right channel, exactly when the customer is looking for it.

• Managing the open-to-buy for the Sneakers category and being the numerical reference for every purchase.
• Anticipating stockouts and excess stock, model by model and size by size.
• Planning launches and drops so they reach the right channel at the right time.
• Turning weekly category analysis into assortment, replenishment, and promotion decisions.

This role involves a lot of analysis and also quite a bit of manual work: crossing files, calculating replenishments, and preparing weekly reporting with a very high level of detail. If you enjoy rigor and are motivated to find ways to simplify and automate processes using advanced Excel and AI, you will have the room here to do so and to make an impact.
