What we're looking for
You are one of those people who doesn't consider an order closed until it has been delivered. You have about five years of experience in logistics and operations, you move fluently between transport operators, the warehouse, and Excel spreadsheets, and when something goes wrong, you don't just look at the symptom: you find the cause and resolve it.
You enjoy being the connection point between very different teams (warehouse, stores, brands, planning, and finance) and you know how to adapt your message to each one. You like it when the numbers match: the system stock with the shelf stock, the delivery note with the invoice.
• You have a Higher Level Vocational Training qualification in Transport and Logistics, International Trade, or Administration and Finance. A degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, or Industrial Organization Engineering is a plus.
• You have between 3 and 5 years of experience in logistics and operations; if it is in e-commerce or fashion retail, even better.
• High level of Excel and fluency with Shopify and Microsoft Lists. If you know Odoo, it's a plus.
• B2 level English to work with international brands and operators.
• You are an organized, rigorous person and, above all, kind and empathetic, even when the conversation gets complicated.
• Ensuring online orders arrive on time, by supervising transport from Ontígola and SLA compliance with our operators.
• Ensuring the online shopping experience is impeccable from start to finish: picking, dispatch, tracking, incidents, and delivery.
• Ensuring that returns (from customers, from stores, and from garments lent to influencers and shootings) return quickly and correctly to stock.
• Ensuring everyone knows what is entering Ontígola and that the incident manager is always up to date, in order to resolve them with Brands, Purchasing, and Planning.
• Ensuring that Odoo stock reflects reality and that transfers between the warehouse and stores do not break online availability.
• Ensuring that logistics and accounting speak the same language, cross-referencing invoices and delivery notes with the Finance team.
• Ensuring continuous improvement, with incident reports that tell us where to act.
• Direct contact with operations: you will visit our logistics center in Ontígola at least once a month.
• A position with an end-to-end vision of the logistics chain of a multi-brand retail company in full growth.
• Office in the heart of Madrid, at Gran Vía 16.
• Flexible schedule, with summer hours and one day of remote work per week.
Benefits: flexible compensation with Cobee, health insurance, a free afternoon for your birthday, and a 20% discount on your purchases at WOW.
