We are currently expanding our Environmental Consulting, Sustainability and ESG team and are looking to bring in an ESG Due Diligence and Environmental Auditing Specialist in Madrid, Santander or Valladolid to help us face the challenges of the future.

This position will allow you to develop your expertise in ESG Due Diligence and environmental auditing, and you will be part of benchmark projects and a multidisciplinary team with extensive experience in environmental consulting, sustainability, and ESG.
In this position, you will provide support in environmental, social, and Health and Safety consulting projects, participating in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes of companies and assets, regulatory compliance audits, and supply chain audit programs.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Provide environmental, Health and Safety, and social consulting services in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes of companies and assets.
Participate in regulatory compliance audits and supply chain audit programs, ensuring methodological rigor and information traceability.
Support project managers in information gathering, document management, and the preparation of technical reports and commercial proposals.
Collaborate on risk assessment projects, peer reviews, data analysis and interpretation, as well as the preparation of presentations and deliverables.
Contribute to the preparation of bids and the management of client relationships, identifying opportunities and adding value from your specialty.
Propose technical solutions aligned with the company's quality standards and best practices, coordinating assigned teams and resources to ensure the fulfillment of milestones, deadlines, and levels of excellence in projects.
