Due to the significant growth experienced in the Transport & Infrastructure | WSP sector, we are looking to enhance the capabilities of our Railway and Urban Transport | WSP team in Madrid, Santander, Valladolid, Seville, Valencia, or Granada by adding a Project Manager.

What is the role?
We want to bring an Engineer into our team to strengthen the design and drafting area of railway projects. The selected person will take on the role of Design Manager / Project Manager, leading the technical development and comprehensive coordination of projects.

Your New Role: What Does It Involve?

Your main responsibilities will include promoting, developing, and coordinating railway projects; providing solutions and designs within your area of expertise; coordinating multidisciplinary teams during project development, leading decision-making and integrating technical solutions; managing teams of people and assigned resources; as well as planning and monitoring the financial performance of projects.

What are we looking to bring to the team?
We are looking for a professional with a degree in Civil Engineering and more than 10 years of experience in drafting linear works projects, whether in the railway or highway sector.

¿Cuál es el rol?
Queremos incorporar a nuestro equipo un/a Ingeniero/a que refuerce el área de diseño y redacción de proyectos ferroviarios. La persona seleccionada asumirá funciones de Jefe de diseño / Project Manager, liderando el desarrollo técnico y la coordinación integral de los proyectos.

Tu Nuevo Rol, ¿Qué implica?

Entre tus funciones principales estarán promover, desarrollar y coordinar proyectos ferroviarios; aportar soluciones y diseños dentro de tu área de especialización; coordinar equipos multidisciplinares durante el desarrollo de los proyectos, liderando la toma de decisiones e integrando las soluciones técnicas; gestionar equipos de personas y los recursos asignados; así como planificar y realizar el seguimiento económico de los proyectos

¿Qué estamos buscando incorporar al equipo?
Buscamos un/a profesional con titulación en Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos y más de 10 años de experiencia en la redacción de proyectos de obras lineales, ya sea en el ámbito ferroviario o de carreteras.
