The role

Help design the solar and storage systems powering Spanish businesses.

At y Tú, we design and build solar PV and battery storage (BESS) systems for commercial and industrial clients, from 30 kW rooftops to 4 MW installations. As our Solar Engineering Intern, you'll work alongside our Sales and Engineering teams to turn customer needs into technically sound, regulation-compliant system designs. Your work will directly affect the projects we build.

  • Prepare electrical layouts and single-line diagrams that comply with Spanish regulations (REBT, grid connection requirements)
  • Support Sales with technical and commercial proposals, including sizing, yield estimates and equipment selection
  • Join technical site visits to assess roofs, electrical installations and grid connection points
  • Work with project management and installation teams to hand over designs and solve issues on site

How you'll work

  • 📍 Office in Plaza España, Zaragoza. We have a hybrid working policy: we expect you to be in the office 3 days/week and you're free to work from home the other days.
