We are looking for Tech Leads to accompany small and stable teams working on products and platforms critical to the business.

The Tech Lead role is a role of close technical reference, responsible for helping the team make good technical decisions today without compromising the future of the product.

In this model, technical decisions are made close to the problem, architecture evolves incrementally, and quality and scalability are part of the daily work.

You will understand how the product fits within the technological and business ecosystem.

You will have context regarding the operational processes that depend on the systems you build.

You will help the team anticipate impacts, dependencies, and technical risks.

You will participate from early stages in the definition of the technical solution.

You will design and evolve distributed services architectures.

Backend and frontend.

Data modeling.

Integrations and APIs.

You will manage technical debt consciously and with priority.

You will actively program on a day-to-day basis.

You will review code and propose improvements.

You will accompany the team in design and implementation decisions.

You will drive best practices in testing, quality, and maintainability.

You will collaborate closely with product and business people.

You will translate product objectives into viable technical decisions.

You will help prioritize the team's work based on impact and value provided.

Backend: Java / Kotlin, Node.js, Python (depending on domain).

Architecture: microservices, APIs, event-driven systems.

Data: relational and NoSQL databases.

Cloud: cloud environments (AWS/GCP), infrastructure as code.

DevOps: CI/CD, observability, monitoring.

AI and data: integration of models and data services when the product requires it.
