What we're looking for

You will need a high level of English (mandatory requirement) in addition to skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, attention to detail, and good communication techniques.

Nice to have

Degree or Licentiate in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related health science degrees.

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Quality Assurance technician in the pharmaceutical industry.

Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industrial production environment.

Knowledge of the manufacturing of biological products.

Experience and knowledge in statistical data analysis and the use of statistical tools.

Experience and knowledge in qualification of GxP equipment/systems.

Experience in supplier management, evaluation, and qualification.

The role

At CZ Vaccines, we are looking for a Senior QA Technician for our offices in O Porriño. A person who identifies with the company's mission and its projects, with the motivation to get involved in new challenges and assume responsibilities within the company's quality assurance area.

What you'll do

In this position, you will carry out various tasks related to Ensuring the correct application of the quality systems established at the plant, guaranteeing compliance with GMP regulations and internal procedures, providing operational support in daily quality assurance activities and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

You will also be responsible, among others, for the following functions:

Management of quality tools to ensure the application of GMP regulations.

Review and updating of the Quality Management System documentation, adapting it to regulatory changes and identified improvements.

Management of Change Controls, Deviations, OOS, and CAPAs according to defined procedures, ensuring the correct implementation and compliance with GxP quality requirements.

Management of Validations and Qualifications.

Follow-up and monitoring of trends (general systems and environmental control).
