The role

This is a position closely linked to plant reality, where technical knowledge, especially in the field of industrial facilities and equipment, is combined with the ability to prioritize needs, coordinate actions, and find effective solutions.

You will work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and HSE, while also being the site's technical reference for Engineering and maintaining coordination with Corporate Engineering and other group centers.

Lead the Engineering area, ensuring the reliability, availability, efficiency, and correct evolution of industrial facilities and assets, as well as the adequate management of investment and improvement projects.

  • Lead and prioritize Engineering needs and actions in accordance with the operational needs of the site.
  • Manage projects, from the definition of needs and technical specifications to their execution and commissioning.
  • Coordinate internal teams, engineering firms, and external providers.
