What we're looking for

- University degree in engineering or a related field.

The role

As a Service Technician at Dingli, you will be responsible for providing technical support and after-sales service for our elevating work platform (EWP) products. This includes tasks such as telephone technical support, fault detection, machinery repairs, and warranty claim processing.

What you'll do

Perform field and workshop maintenance on elevating work platforms and material handling products.
Resolve any warranty issues and communicate any inconveniences that may hinder the completion of repairs.
Provide technical support to Dingli employees, customer representatives, and equipment operators.
Support Dingli AWP's customer base by traveling to sites to offer equipment sales and repair services.
Continuously develop the skills, licenses, and qualifications necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
