Quality Supervisor

• Higher level vocational training in a technical field (mechanics, electricity, similar) or demonstrable experience in a similar position.
• Standard knowledge of ISO 9000 and 45001 quality standards
• Interpretation of blueprints, knowledge of mechanics and electropneumatics
• Knowledge of metrology and calibrations
• Intermediate English level is valued

We are looking for someone to join the Quality department to supervise, coordinate, and manage the Quality GAP, ensuring quality throughout the entire supply chain, from suppliers to plant assembly and customer quality, and leading incident analysis. Performing the following tasks:

• Supervise the work of the quality inspectors.
• Participate in the internal product audit plan and carry them out.
• Perform finished product audits on the production line.
• Prepare the external calibration and internal validation plan.
• Validate first samples together with the Quality Manager.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding rejections and manage external incidents.
• Lead the Quality TOP 5 and participate in the Production TOP 30 and the Customer Service TOP 15.
• Maintain the GAP visual management board.
• Manage the documentation and records of the Quality department.
• Participate in Product Incident meetings for the analysis of their causes and the establishment of product improvement actions.
