The role

We are looking for a Quality Manager to lead and manage quality processes in an organization in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector. The position is located in Zaragoza and requires solid technical knowledge in Engineering and Manufacturing.

What you'll do

Design, implement, and supervise the company's quality management systems.
Ensure compliance with applicable quality regulations and standards in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
Coordinate internal and external audits for the certification of processes and products.
Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to optimize processes and ensure the quality of the final product.
Manage non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive actions.
Supervise staff training and awareness on quality-related topics.
Prepare quality reports and metrics for management.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Training in Engineering or a related field, preferably in quality-related areas.
Advanced knowledge of quality regulations and standards in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
Ability to manage teams and coordinate quality projects.
Ability to analyze data and propose improvements based on results.
Proficiency in computer tools related to quality management.
Availability to work in Zaragoza.
Proactive and results-oriented approach.
