The role

At Sabadell Zurich you will be part of the Service team, with the aim of providing operational and/or specialist conceptual support to Sabadell Bank Group managers in the area of Insurance or Pension Plans, through the available channels, delivering high-quality service. You will act as a lever for knowledge of the needs and difficulties of our network and customers toward our organization.

What you'll do

To this end, your main duties will be:

Handle insurance or pension plan inquiries and procedures in a timely manner, meeting the quality standards set by the unit.
Proactivity and commitment to meeting the unit's SLA targets.
Encourage and drive insurance and pension plan business generation from the unit by providing commercial support to branches in their needs.
Proactively provide advice to the network across all relevant areas of these matters.
Participate in the evolution of operational procedures, processes, and products, as well as the implementation of actions to improve efficiency.
Identify and report potential improvements in products, operations, or services.
Identify and report incidents or potential future risk areas and propose alternative solutions to branches, as far as possible, so that their normal operation is not affected.
